Salary: Up to 17,000 CTC
In-Hand Salary: 10,000-13,000 approximately
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through calls .
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
Requirements:
- Fluent on English and Hindi both
- NO RTI / MTI candidates will be entertained, please do not apply
- Laptop with Intel i5 or Ryzen5 processor or above
- Stable internet connection with 50+ Mbps speed
- Headset with microphone
- Ability to work from home in a skilled environment
- Immediate joiner can only apply
Work Schedule
- 9-hour shift (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
- 6 days working (Rotational shifts includes)
- 1 Rotational week off
