About The Role We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise-level WordPress development, including multisite architecture and complex integrations.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites and applications tailored to our clients' needs. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling large, complex environments, optimizing performance, and ensuring the security and scalability of solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital experiences that align with business objectives and technical standards.

Qualifications

- 10–15 years of overall software/web development experience with deep WordPress expertise
- Strong enterprise-level WordPress development experience




- Hands-on experience with WordPress Multisite architecture and development
- Strong development experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Strong experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
- Deep understanding of WordPress Hooks, Actions, Filters and Core APIs
- Experience with custom post types, taxonomies, REST APIs and integrations
- Experience handling large, complex WordPress environments with multiple sites
- Strong understanding of WordPress database architecture and query optimization
- Experience with performance optimization, caching and scalability
- Solid understanding of WordPress security, authentication and access control
- Experience integrating WordPress with third-party APIs and enterprise systems
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex production issues
- Experience with Git/version control and deployment processes

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Maintaining best practices in security, code quality, and documentation will be essential. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and stay updated with the latest WordPress developments and industry trends.
