nJob Description -

- Expertise in Windows Server administration
n
- Expertise on VSphere, VMware ESXi 6.0 and later
n
- Good Communication and awareness of ITIL best practices
n
- Manage and review VMware ESXi hosts and VMs in the environment
n
- Troubleshoot issues in the ESXI hosts and perform hardware troubleshooting if required
n
- Engage Vendor and coordination across other teams during investigation of issues
n
- Plan and Perform upgrade of firmware in VMware and hardware end like Cisco, HPE if required
n
- Manage and review Windows servers in the setting
n
- Perform frequent health checks on the server and troubleshoot any issues
n
- Analyze System Logs (OS logs) and determine potential issues
n
- Ability to predict any future failures to avoid potential outages
n
- Basic knowledge on PowerCLI, PowerShell scripting to execute commands while troubleshooting issues
n
- Expertise in working on automation and service improvements which will save manual efforts and lead to client benefits.
n

nMinimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
