Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Help customers with sizes, colours and product selection
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
- Arrange and replenish products on shelves/racks
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
- Assist with billing and packing when required
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Friendly, energetic and well-groomed personality
- Interest in kids fashion and retail
- Previous retail/sales experience preferred, but freshers can also apply
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
