About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic AI-Enabled Software Development Instructor & Career Counselor who can combine strong technical knowledge with excellent student communication and career counseling skills.

This is not a traditional sales role.

The selected candidate will directly interact with prospective students, understand their career goals, guide them on suitable learning paths, explain the practical value of our AI Agentic Software Development program, and convert qualified prospects into enrolled students.

The same professional will also conduct the course classes on Saturday and Sunday, ensuring that the counseling, enrollment, and learning experience remain connected from the first conversation to classroom delivery.

- Key Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & Enrollment — Primary ResponsibilityCall and communicate with prospective students who show interest in our programs.
- Understand their educational background, career goals, technical level, and expectations.
- Conduct career-oriented counseling conversations rather than traditional sales pitches.
- Explain how AI-enabled software development and agentic technologies are relevant to current industry needs.
- Clearly communicate the course structure, curriculum, learning outcomes, projects, and career opportunities.
- Handle student questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the enrollment process.




- Maintain meaningful communication with leads and achieve monthly enrollment/conversion targets.
- 2. Weekend Course InstructionConduct live classes for the AI Agentic Software Development program on Saturday and Sunday.
- Teach concepts in a practical, industry-oriented manner.
- Demonstrate real-world AI tools, development workflows, and agentic software development practices.
- Conduct coding sessions, practical exercises, projects, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Help students understand how the concepts are applied in real software development environments.
- Track student participation, progress, and learning outcomes.
- 3. Industry-Oriented LearningKeep the training aligned with current AI and software development trends.
- Continuously improve course delivery based on industry practices and student feedback.
- Help students understand not only how to code, but also how modern AI is changing the software development workflow.
- Required SkillsStrong understanding of Software Development, Programming and AI technologies.
- Practical knowledge of modern AI-assisted development and/or AI Agentic Software Development.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners and non-technical learners.




- Confidence in conducting one-to-one conversations with students.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to convert genuine student interest into enrollment through consultative counseling.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, AI development, technical training, or coding education.
- Experience as a trainer, instructor, career counselor, admissions counselor, or technical consultant will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in educational counseling or consultative enrollment is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should be technically solid, confident on calls, empathetic with students, commercially aware, and passionate about helping people build careers in technology.
