We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage post-sales customer relations for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, managing escalations, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to residential and commercial properties in a timely and professional manner

• Manage escalation cases, ensuring timely closure and customer satisfaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing consistent support throughout their journey

• Prepare and maintain escalation trackers to monitor open, in-progress, and resolved issues

• Generate MIS reports on complaint status, resolution timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer communication records





• Coordinate with internal departments (technical, legal, sales, CRM) to ensure faster issue resolution

• Follow up with customers post-resolution to confirm satisfaction and close feedback loops

• Identify recurring issues and escalate patterns to management for process improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field)

• 3–6 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry

• Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience in handling escalations and complaint resolution

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Customer-first mindset with a calm and professional approach under pressure

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a real estate/property management company

• Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing/tracking systems

• Female candidates preferred for this role
