About the RoleWe are looking for Chat Support Executives to join our USA non-voice process. The role involves communicating with customers through chat and written communication only.

This is a 100% non-voice role — there will be no calling involved.

Shift TimingsOur operations run 24/7, with the following shifts:

- Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Candidates must be flexible and comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through live chat.
- Provide accurate and professional responses.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve basic issues through chat.
- Maintain a high standard of written communication.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain response speed and accuracy while handling multiple chats.
- RequirementsGood written English and communication skills.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Ability to communicate professionally through chat.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Previous chat/customer support experience is an advantage, but freshers with positive communication and typing skills may also apply.
