- Contract & Permanent OpportunityThis position will initially be on 3rd-party contract payroll with ScaleneWorks Solutions LLP for 3 months.
- Based on performance during the contract period, candidates may be offered a permanent position with Shadowfax Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Candidates looking for a long-term career opportunity in recruitment are preferred.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Required SkillsStrong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.




- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
- EligibilityExperience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Recruitment/HR Recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in Non-IT recruitment will be preferred.
- Hindi + English proficiency is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Saturday will be Work From Home (WFH).
- Candidates should be open to an initial 3-month third-party payroll contract with an opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
