JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and clinically skilled MPT Physiotherapist specializing in Orthopaedics to join our advanced rehabilitation centre. The selected candidate will assess and manage patients with spine, joint, sports injury, trauma and post-operative orthopaedic conditions.

The physiotherapist will work in coordination with an experienced spine and orthopaedic surgeon and use structured, evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform detailed musculoskeletal, spine and functional assessments

• Prepare individualized, goal-based rehabilitation plans

• Manage patients with back pain, neck pain, slip disc, sciatica and cervical or lumbar spondylosis

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation for spine surgery

• Conduct rehabilitation after knee replacement, hip replacement, fractures and other orthopaedic surgeries

• Manage sports injuries, ligament injuries, frozen shoulder and degenerative joint conditions

• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, posture correction, gait training and functional rehabilitation

• Use electrotherapy and advanced rehabilitation equipment safely and appropriately

• Provide ergonomic, lifestyle and home-exercise education

• Document assessment findings, treatment plans and patient progress

• Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly

• Maintain equipment, infection-control standards and patient-safety protocols

• Communicate professionally with patients, attendants and the treating doctor

• Assist in rehabilitation packages, follow-up programmes and patient-retention activities

• Participate in centre-based and home physiotherapy services when assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master of Physiotherapy—Orthopaedics/Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy from a recognized institution

• Valid professional registration wherever applicable

• Sound knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, exercise therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation





• Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi; working knowledge of English

• Basic computer skills for maintaining digital patient records

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 0–3 years of relevant clinical experience

• Fresh MPT graduates with strong clinical skills may apply

• Experience in spine, joint replacement, sports injury or post-operative rehabilitation will be preferred

• Training in manual therapy, taping, dry needling or advanced exercise prescription will be an advantage

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a compassionate and clinically skilled MPT Physiotherapist specializing in Neurology to join our advanced rehabilitation centre. The selected candidate will assess and rehabilitate patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, balance disorders and other neurological conditions.

The role requires structured neurological assessment, goal-based treatment planning, gait and balance rehabilitation, caregiver education and accurate documentation of functional progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed neurological, motor, sensory, balance, gait and functional assessments

• Develop individualized short-term and long-term neurorehabilitation plans

• Manage patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury and neurological surgery

• Treat patients with hemiplegia, paraplegia, quadriplegia, Parkinsonism, ataxia and neuropathies

• Manage balance impairment, gait dysfunction, weakness and reduced functional independence

• Provide neurodevelopmental treatment, task-specific training and motor-relearning exercises

• Conduct balance training,



gait retraining, transfer training and mobility rehabilitation

• Use I-GAIT, perturbation treadmill, muscle stimulation and other advanced rehabilitation equipment appropriately

• Provide positioning, contracture prevention, chest care and pressure-sore prevention guidance when required

• Train patients in bed mobility, transfers, standing, walking and activities of daily living

• Educate family members and caregivers regarding safe handling and home exercises

• Prescribe suitable assistive devices and provide gait-aid training

• Record baseline functional scores and regularly document measurable progress

• Coordinate with the treating doctor and other rehabilitation professionals

• Maintain equipment, infection-control standards and patient-safety protocols

• Participate in centre-based and home neurorehabilitation services when assigned
