? Job Location: HA 20, Block, Sector 3, Salt Lake, Kolkata

We are looking for experienced and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executives to join our growing team at Levanilla Patisserie.

- Candidate ProfileExperience in bakery, patisserie, café, confectionery, or food retail preferred
- Previous experience in counter sales/customer handling is required
- Positive communication and customer service skills
- Smart, presentable, and courteous personality
- Ability to handle billing, orders, product display, and customer queries
- Knowledge of bakery products and cakes will be an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers and understand their requirements
- Take and process customer orders




- Handle counter sales and billing
- Maintain proper product display and counter hygiene
- Explain bakery products, cakes, desserts, and other offerings to customers
- Coordinate with the kitchen for order fulfilment
- Maintain stock awareness and report shortages
- Ensure excellent customer experience and contribute towards increasing sales

Shift Timings? Shift 1: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

? Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Employment: Full Time
