- Job ResponsibilitiesCall prospective students and explain available courses, eligibility, fees, admission process, and other relevant details.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information about institute programs.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert interested leads into successful admissions/enrolments.
- Maintain and update daily lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.




- Coordinate with the admission team for document collection and enrolment formalities.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students.
- Submit daily calling and follow-up reports to the Team Leader.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or education is an advantage.
