Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

- Understand clients' fitness goals and recommend suitable Pilates programs/packages.
- Convert leads into studio visits, trial sessions, and memberships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explain membership plans, packages, pricing, and studio offerings to clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales in the CRM/system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals to existing clients.
- Coordinate with Pilates instructors and the studio team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Handle client queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Monitor leads and follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and other initiatives to generate business.
- Maintain a professional and premium brand image while interacting with clients.
