Job Description:

- Handle walk-in and generated leads and convert them into customers.
- Explain Kolors Healthcare’s weight-loss, skin and hair care services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/packages.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to achieve conversions.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper service information.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the clinic/operations team for smooth customer experience.




- Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Candidate Requirements:

- Any Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, B2C sales, counselling, healthcare, wellness, beauty or similar fields.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also be considered.
- Good Kannada and English communication is preferred.
- Solid convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Candidates from healthcare, wellness, slimming, skin/hair clinics, retail or direct sales backgrounds are preferred.
