Technical Skill –

- Calibration & Trouble shooting of instruments like Pressure Transmitter / Level Transmitter ( DP / Radar / Ultrasonic type etc )/ Temperature Transmitter ( PT -100 / PT -1000 / Thermocouple – J, K type) / Mass Flow meter using HART Communicator.
- Calibration & Troubleshooting of Gas Analyzer
- Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, and equipment history
- Able to do loop checking – Hot & Cold type.
- Troubleshooting of PLC , DCS and SCADA systems.
- Troubleshooting and calibration of different type of valves.
- Calibration & Troubleshooting of Load Cells.
- Troubleshooting of Filling Machine.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Robust focus on safety and compliance.
- Computer proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS)- Added advantage
