We are looking for an energetic and result-driven HR Recruiter who has hands-on experience in hiring for BPO roles, specifically for US shift processes. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, and closing positions quickly, with the ability to manage high-volume requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for BPO / Contact Center roles
- Hiring for US shift processes (Sales Lead Closure roles)
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
- Strong focus on employee referral hiring (preferred)
- Screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Coordinating with operations and leadership teams to meet hiring targets
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and daily hiring MIS
- Ensuring quick turnaround time and quality hiring
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in BPO recruitment
- Experience hiring for US shift roles
- Solid exposure to bulk hiring
- Employee referral hiring experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
