Telecalling Sales – Recovery Candidate RequirementsPosition: Telecalling Sales / Recovery Executive
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: 20–35 years
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, sales, collection or recovery preferred
- Communication: Hindi बोलने की अच्छी क्षमता; basic English preferred
- Sales Skills: Customer को convince करने और payment/settlement के लिए motivate करने की क्षमता
- Recovery Knowledge: Outstanding payment, EMI और collection process की basic knowledge
- Follow-up: Customer से regular calls और payment commitment का follow-up
- Target Oriented: Daily/monthly calling और recovery targets achieve करने की क्षमता
