Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

- Maintain and manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts on a regular basis
- Process invoices, payments, and manage cash flow efficiently
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions

Taxation & Compliance:

- Prepare and file GST returns (monthly/quarterly) and ensure timely compliance
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of TDS returns
- Assist in Income Tax return preparation and filing
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and regulatory bodies
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax assessments

Accounts Management:

- Manage vendor and customer ledgers, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Process employee reimbursements and expense reports
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables, and follow up on collections

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with tally or similar cloud-based accounting software

- Experience in handling statutory audits and tax assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
