- Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and working professionals regarding available courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Understand students’ career goals, educational backgrounds, and interests to recommend suitable courses.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into course enrollments.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, batch schedules, certification, and placement support.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and resolve their concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Conduct career guidance sessions and assist students in making informed career decisions.




- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams regarding student requirements and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, promotional activities, and educational events when required.
- Build positive relationships with students and ensure a good admission experience.
- Required Skills1–4 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Student Counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good presentation and counseling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
