Job Purpose

The Hotel Management / Guest House Operations Executive will be responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision and management of client guest houses operated by the company for various solar companies in Pune and outside Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring good quality food, proper food management, hygiene, cleanliness, kitchen operations, guest satisfaction, staff discipline and smooth functioning of all guest house facilities.

The candidate will also be required to visit various company/client guest houses regularly, inspect operations and submit detailed MIS reports to the Company Director.

MIS & Reporting Responsibilities

The candidate must have positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and preparation of MIS reports.

The following reports may be required:

- Daily Guest House Operations Report.
- Daily Occupancy Report.
- Food Consumption Report.
- Food Cost / Consumption Analysis.
- Grocery Purchase Report.
- Grocery Stock Report.
- Food Wastage Report.
- Kitchen Hygiene Inspection Report.
- Guest House Inspection Report.
- Staff Attendance Report.
- Guest Feedback / Complaint Report.
- Monthly Expense Report.
- Maintenance / Repair Requirement Report.
- Consumables Consumption Report.
- Monthly Performance MIS.

Coordination Responsibilities

The candidate will coordinate with:

- Company Director.
- Operations Manager.
- Client representatives.
- Guest house staff.
- Cooks and kitchen staff.
- Housekeeping staff.
- Vendors and suppliers.




- Maintenance personnel.
- Field Officers / Supervisors.

Travel Requirement

- The candidate must be willing to travel to different client/company guest houses.
- Regular visits may be required within Pune, PCMC and outside Pune locations.
- The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple guest houses simultaneously.
- Travel schedules will be planned according to operational requirements.
- The candidate should submit visit/inspection reports after completing assigned visits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

1. Food quality and guest satisfaction.
2. Kitchen and food hygiene standards.
3. Reduction in food wastage.
4. Proper control over food and grocery consumption.
5. Guest house cleanliness and maintenance.
6. Timely completion of guest house inspections.
7. Staff discipline and attendance.
8. Accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.
9. Effective handling of guest complaints.
10. Proper inventory and stock control.
11. Cost control and prevention of unnecessary expenditure.

Important Job Requirement

The candidate must understand that this is not a desk-only Hotel Management position. The employee will be responsible for field-level guest house operations and must regularly travel to different client locations.

The candidate should be capable of independent monitoring:

The ultimate objective is to ensure that every client guest house provides clean, hygienic, comfortable and professionally managed accommodation and quality food while maintaining proper operational and cost control.
