Job Title: Operations & Procurement Executive – Battery & PCB

Location: Mandoli, Current Delhi (Baiker)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 / month

Age: 20 – 28 years

Role Overview

Responsible for field procurement of battery, PCB, managing vendor relationships, supervising warehouse inward/outward flows, optimizing transportation costs, and ensuring 100% CPCB/SPCB statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

Procurement & Vendor Growth: Perform daily market visits, onboard scrap vendors, negotiate competitive purchase rates, and maintain target margins.

Warehouse & Logistics: Supervise inward/outward/Calling weight checks, material segregation (Form 2), load planning to reduce transport cost per MT/KG, and dispatch execution.

Compliance & Proofs: Maintain Form 6/8/10, E-way bills, LRs, WMM/RLG manifests, and secure required delivery proofs (stamped PODs, geo-tagged loading photos).

Reporting: Submit daily/weekly MIS on procurement volumes, rates, margins, and shortage recoveries.

Requirements

1–4 years experience in e-waste, battery recycling, or scrap procurement.

Strong negotiation, field networking skills, and operational documentation knowledge.
