- Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations during the assigned shift.
- Supervise staff and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning, quality and presentation of food.
- Monitor customer orders for dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Check stock, raw materials and daily inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, delivery partners and management.
- Ensure POS orders, billing and payments are handled correctly.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Maintain daily sales, wastage, stock and shift reports.
- Ensure SOPs and company standards are followed.
- Support the team during busy hours and maintain smooth operations.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and leadership skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to take ownership.
- Basic knowledge of food-service/store operations.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
- Food industry experience will be an advantage.
