We are looking for an RO Technician to handle installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of RO water purification systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service RO water purifier machines.
- Diagnose and repair RO-related technical issues.
- Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other components.
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive servicing.
- Visit customer locations and resolve service complaints.
- Maintain service records and update job status in the CRM.
- Ensure proper functioning and water quality of RO systems.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of RO systems and components.
- Positive troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to travel to customer locations.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience as an RO Technician is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant RO training can also apply.
