Inbound Process Associates

We are seeking enthusiastic and well-spoken individuals to join our customer service team for an Inbound Voice Process.

?️ Language Requirements (Must have excellent communication skills in English and one regional language):

* English + Hindi

* English + Marathi

* English + Tamil

? Experience & Compensation:

* Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome.

*Qualification - ANY Graduation ? is mandatory

? Work Schedule:

* Shifts: Rotational shifts (7:00 - 4:00 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM) in training period once u go to floor shift timings would be (1pm to 10pm for girls)&(2pmto11pm ,3to12 pm for boys).

* Week Offs: Two (2) Rotational Week Offs

salary : 20k , split shift allowances (2500) night shift allowance (1500) overtime per hour (200Rs).extra week off (2000)
