- Make 150–200 calls daily to potential customers.
- Explain our products and basic details.
- Update customer details in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order conversion.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable making a high number of calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of CRM is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Telecalling experience is preferred.
