About the RoleWe are looking for a target-oriented and communication-driven qualified to generate demand for Luman's automotive products by building strong relationships with mechanics, retailers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities• Regularly visit mechanics and retailers across the assigned territory.

• Promote Filters, Brake Liners & Lubricants and generate mechanic-led demand.

• Build strong relationships with mechanics, retailers and distributors.

• Ensure product availability and drive new product/SKU placement.

• Achieve daily field visit and sales targets.

Also consider:

• 3+ years of experience in Automobile / Auto Aftermarket / Lubricants / Filters / Spare Parts.

• Good knowledge of automotive products and local market.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Existing mechanic/retailer network will be an advantage.

• Comfortable with field work and target-based sales.
