Position: Training & Placement Officer

Department: Training & Placement

Experience: 2 – 5 years in Training & Placement, HR, Recruitment, Corporate Relations, or a related field.

Job Purpose

To manage and strengthen the institute's training, placement, internship, career development, and industry engagement activities, while creating quality employment opportunities for students.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with corporates, HR professionals, recruiters, and industry leaders.
- Identify and bring reputed companies to the institute for campus placements, internships, and recruitment drives.
- Coordinate the complete placement process, including company communication, student registration, interviews, tests, and selection.
- Plan and coordinate pre-placement and employability training such as aptitude, communication, soft skills, technical skills, resume writing, GD and interview preparation.
- Facilitate internships, industrial visits, live projects, guest lectures, mentorship and industry interaction programs.
- Guide students on career opportunities, job roles, industry expectations, higher education, and skill development.




- Maintain placement and internship MIS, student records, company database, and regular management reports.
- Develop and engage the alumni network for placements, internships, mentorship, and industry interactions.
- Coordinate with HODs, faculty members, students, trainers, and management for smooth execution of T&P; activities.
- Work towards improving placement percentage, quality of recruiters, internships, and student employability.
