Role OverviewYou will work on company-provided leads only no cold data, no field work. Your job is to call these leads, understand what the student wants, pitch the right Pride course or program, and close the sale over the phone or by getting them into the Santacruz branch.

- Key Responsibilities (KRAs)Call assigned leads daily (company-provided; no self-sourcing required)
- Pitch Pride's courses and programs clearly and convert enquiries into paid admissions
- Handle objections around fees, duration, timing and career outcomes with confidence
- Book branch visits and demo sessions for high-intent leads
- Achieve daily call targets and a monthly sales/revenue target
- Run disciplined follow-ups on warm leads until closure
- Update lead status and call notes in the CRM accurately, every day
- Coordinate with branch counselors and faculty for smooth enrollment
- Required Qualifications & SkillsPrior experience in tele-sales / inside sales / tele-counseling is mandatory (education, EdTech, insurance, financial services or similar)




- HSC or Graduate in any discipline
- Fluent, confident phone communication in Hindi and English
- Proven ability to work on targets and close sales on call
- Basic computer and CRM comfort
- Preferred / Good-to-Have1–3 years in an education / EdTech sales environment
- Marathi language ability
- Experience selling courses or high-ticket programs over the phone
- Candidates residing in or near Santacruz, Vakola, Kurla, Bandra, Andheri or Vile Parle
