? Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Accounts & Compliance

* Handle accounts finalization and ledger scrutiny

* Debtor & creditor analysis

* Direct & indirect expense analysis

* GST, TDS & Income Tax compliance

* MSME Law compliance

* Maintain Directors' personal files

2️⃣ ? MIS & Financial Analysis

* Machine & Production MIS

* Stock valuation & Trading MIS

* Cash Flow & Adath MIS

* Financial & Sales MIS

* Prepare other MIS reports as required by management

3️⃣ ? Audit

* Check sales & purchase vouchers and cashbook

* Ledger and books scrutiny

* Verify monthly GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data

* Monthly TDS/TCS checking

* Manual vs. Empire software reconciliation





* Account finalization & auditor coordination

4️⃣ ? Finance

* Handle loan-related work

* Knowledge of loan subsidies

* Banking operations & coordination

* ROI calculation

5️⃣ ? Technical Skills

* Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Table, Logical Functions, Conditional Formatting

* Knowledge of Empire Software

* Knowledge of Power BI

* Costing knowledge

* Manufacturing accounting experience is mandatory

? Leadership & Team Management

* Lead and manage a team of 3–4 members

* Junior team hiring skills

* Solid leadership and teamwork abilities

* Ability to coordinate and manage accounting operations independently
