Montessori teacher training/certification preferred.
Graduate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
Experience working with toddlers/preschool children is an advantage.
Good communication and observation skills.

Plan and conduct age-appropriate Montessori activities.
Support children in developing fine motor, gross motor, sensory, language, cognitive, and social skills.
Encourage independence, concentration, communication, and practical-life skills.
Observe each child's development and maintain appropriate progress records.
Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning setting.
Communicate regularly with parents about the child's development.
Maintain Montessori materials and classroom organization.
