Productivity & Industrial Engineering
Aluminum welding for Heat Exchangers
Develop and qualify WPS & PQR; certify welders per ISO 9606
GTAW/GMAW
Quality & Safety (SHE)
Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) for defects (porosity, distortion, leaks).
Ensure strict adherence to SHE (Safety, Health & Workplace) guidelines, including fume extraction and risk assessments.
