Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Techno Manager - webMethods Administration to lead and manage enterprise integration platforms built on IBM webMethods. The role requires a solid blend of technical leadership, platform administration, operations management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, security, scalability, governance compliance, and successful delivery of integration initiatives while managing a team of administrators and support engineers

Technical Leadership

- Lead administration and support of IBM webMethods platform components including:

- Integration Server (IS)

- Universal Messaging (UM)

- Trading Networks (TN)

- My webMethods Server (MWS)

- API Gateway
- Drive platform upgrades, migrations, patching, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead Broker to Universal Messaging (UM) migration activities.
- Establish platform governance, security standards, and operational best practices.

Operations & Support Management

- Own production support and platform operations.
- Ensure SLA compliance for incidents, service requests,



and problem management.
- Lead major incident, outage, and crisis management calls.
- Manage platform monitoring, capacity planning, health checks, backup, recovery, and DR readiness.
- Drive root cause analysis and preventive action planning.

Project & Delivery Management

- Manage platform enhancements, infrastructure projects, migrations, and customer deliverables.
- Drive change management and release governance through CAB/FSC/CCB processes.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
- Provide regular status reports and executive updates to leadership.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor webMethods administrators and support engineers.
- Conduct technical reviews and guide problem solving.
- Manage resource planning, utilization, and shift coverage.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and career development activities.
