• Supporting the smooth execution of live webinars and virtual sessions
• Managing the webinar platform and troubleshooting issues in real time
• Coordinating with faculty, internal teams and other stakeholders
• Ensuring a seamless experience for participants and speakers
• Being the calm, dependable person behind the scenes when things get busy!
