Must Have

- 10+ years of experience in WebMethods
- Design, develop, and implement business processes using WebMethods BPM.
- Develop workflows, human tasks, process models, and business rules.
- Integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications using WebMethods Integration Server.
- Create and maintain process models using BPM Designer.
- Develop web services (SOAP/REST) and integration interfaces.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BPM applications and process execution issues.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Optimize business processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BPM solutions.
- Provide production support and resolve critical incidents.

Valuable to have

- Define migration or redesign approach for BPM solutions on MuleSoft and support process optimisation initiatives.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
