Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About Scholar Buddy

Scholar Buddy is an education and career-focused organization helping students with school education, competitive exams, degree courses, and placement-oriented programs.

We are looking for a friendly, confident, well-organized and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and assist students, parents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet students, parents and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about courses and services.
- Attend to student and parent enquiries at the reception.
- Coordinate with counsellors, teachers and other team members.
- Maintain visitor and enquiry records.
- Handle basic administrative and front-desk activities.
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Assist with student registration and admission-related documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Communicate important information to students and parents when required.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Punctual, responsible and presentable.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive / Office Assistant will be preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and overall suitability for the role.
