Scholar Buddy is an education and career-focused platform helping students prepare for competitive exams, degree courses, school education, and placement-oriented programs.
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming student/parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand students' academic and career requirements.
- Counsel students about suitable courses, programs and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Explain course structure, fees, batches, offers and other details to students.
- Maintain lead and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and counselling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Previous experience in Education Sales / Admission Counselling / Inside Sales / EdTech will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Salary & Benefits ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, skills and performance.
