Sav Finedge is looking for a process-oriented Team Leader – Tele Collections to lead and scale our recovery operations. If you have a proven track record in managing tele-calling teams, driving portfolio resolution, and enforcing ethical collection practices, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 15–20 tele-collection executives across early to mid-stage delinquent buckets.
- Drive daily/monthly operational KPIs: contactability rates, Promise-to-Pay (PTP) conversion, and cash realization targets.
- Conduct regular call listening, barge-ins, and feedback sessions to maintain call quality, negotiation effectiveness, and strict RBI fair practice compliance.
- Analyze delinquent portfolio reports to allocate calling queues, identify non-starter accounts, and formulate recovery strategies.
- Handle escalations, customer disputes, and complex negotiations to secure payment settlements.
- Manage shift attendance, shrinkage,



agent motivation, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in tele-collections / debt recovery (NBFC, Fintech, or banking agency operations), with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or Team Leader capacity.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of collection stages (Bucket 0 to 90+ DPD), loan products (personal loans, two-wheeler loans, SME credit, or credit cards), and recovery compliance frameworks.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, people management, dialer management (predictive/preview), and MS Excel reporting skills.
