Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse work and ensure smooth operations. The role involves handling inventory, supervising staff, and making sure stock is stored and dispatched properly.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day warehouse activities (inward, storage, dispatch).
- Check stock regularly and match physical stock with system records.
- Do quality check (QC) of incoming and returned items.
- Check refurbished items like furniture and appliances.
- Ensure stock is kept at the right location and follow FIFO (First In First Out).
- Prepare items for delivery, transfer, or replacement.
- Make sure all items are properly labeled and barcoded.
- Report any stock mismatch, shortage, or damage.




- Ensure proper handling to avoid damages.
- Oversee cleaning of warehouse items when required.
- Maintain record of consumables and ensure no stock shortage.
- Follow safety rules and maintain proper warehouse standards.

Requirements

- 1+ year experience in warehouse / inventory role.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Comfortable using systems/ERP and barcode scanners.
- Valuable team handling and coordination skills.
- Basic problem-solving and organizational skills.
