Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Jr. Warehouse Manager to support the smooth functioning of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock movement, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and outlet teams for material requirements and dispatches.
- Monitor damages, wastage, shortages, and expiry of stock.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
- Assist in supervising warehouse staff and allocating daily tasks.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and discipline.




- Prepare stock and inventory reports using MS Excel or inventory software.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in improving processes and reducing stock discrepancies.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory management.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, FMCG, or food industry will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take responsibility.
