We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and maintaining inventory records. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills and be comfortable working with inventory/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.

- Check quantity, quality, and condition of materials received.

- Properly store and arrange materials in designated warehouse locations.

- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.

- Prepare materials for dispatch as per sales orders and dispatch instructions.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Purchase teams for smooth operations.

- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.

- Update stock movements and transactions in the ERP/CRM system.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.

- Monitor damaged, missing, excess, or shortage materials and report to the concerned manager.

- Maintain proper documentation for goods received, issued, transferred,



and dispatched.

- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

- Follow company procedures related to material handling and warehouse safety.

- Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation.

- Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

- Experience with ERP/CRM software is preferred.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Candidates from warehouse, logistics, engineering, industrial, or trading companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
