Role & responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and other teams to ensure smooth sprint execution.

- Track sprint progress, identify blockers, and work with team members to resolve issues.

- Maintain and manage product backlogs, user stories, tasks, and sprint boards.

- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements, expectations, and priorities.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and convert them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct requirement discussions, clarification meetings, and product demonstrations with customers.

- Act as a communication bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and the technical team.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and requirement documentation as required.

- Coordinate with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as expected.

- Follow up on customer queries, feedback, change requests, and issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Participate in UAT coordination, collect feedback, and communicate changes to the relevant teams.

- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks and provide regular status updates.





- Prepare and share project/sprint status reports with management and customers.

- Ensure Agile/Scrum processes are followed effectively and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Coordination, or a similar role.

- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Solid understanding of business requirement gathering and analysis.

- Ability to create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD/FRD, and requirement documents.

- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar project management tools.

- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software project processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and customer requirements simultaneously.

- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Candidates with experience in IT services, SaaS products, or software development projects will be preferred.
