Senior Process Executive / Process specialist

Job Title: Order Management Job Role: Senior process executive JL2 (1-2Y)

- Process and validate customer orders in ERP systems..
- Process and validate customer orders in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
- Support customers via email/Teams and generate operational reports.

Experience and Qualification

- 1-2 years in Order Management/O2C within BPO/Shared Services.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).

Mandatory Skill Requirement:*** Complete end-to-end Order Management, O2C, or Supply Chain operations within a BPO/Shared Services environment.

Required key skills

- Order-to-Fulfillment process knowledge.
- Order entry, validation, scheduling, and issue resolution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Understanding of KPIs/SLAs.
- Attention to detail and basic analytical skills.

Job Role: Order Management Process Specialist JL 3 (SME)(2-4 Y):

- Handle complex order processing and act as the Order Management SME.
- Resolve order exceptions, shortages, credit holds, and fulfillment issues.
- Analyze recurring issues and drive process improvements.




- Maintain SOPs, training materials, and documentation.
- Support reporting, stakeholder reviews, and team training. .

Experience and Qualification

- 2-4 years in Order Management/O2C/Supply Chain operations.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Robust MS Excel and ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) knowledge.
- Strong MS Excel and ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) knowledge.
- Good analytical and process improvement skills.

Mandatory Skill Requirement:*** Complete end-to-end Order Management, O2C, or Supply Chain operations within a BPO/Shared Services environment.

- Exception handling, backlog, inventory, and allocation management.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving.
