- Contact customers through phone calls regarding finance and insurance options.

- Explain available vehicle finance, loan, insurance, and related products to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable finance or insurance options.

- Follow up with interested customers and existing leads.

- Coordinate with finance companies, insurance providers, sales teams, and customers.

- Collect and verify required customer information and documents.

- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, follow-ups, and lead status.

- Generate and update daily call and follow-up reports.

- Assist customers with queries related to loan processing, insurance renewal, policy details, and documentation.

- Coordinate with the concerned team to ensure timely completion of finance and insurance processes.

- Achieve assigned calling, lead conversion, and follow-up targets.

- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide timely support.
