- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Take ownership of onboarding and managing 10+ banks with Vaahan Bazar.
- Coordinate with bank teams, including collections, recovery, asset management, and auction teams.
- Understand the bank's vehicle repossession and auction process and establish Vaahan Bazar as an approved/active auction partner.
- Regularly obtain lists/details of vehicles available for auction from partner banks.
- Ensure a consistent flow of quality vehicle inventory from banks to Vaahan Bazar.
- Maintain solid relationships with key contacts across all onboarded banks.
- Follow up with banks for upcoming/repo vehicle lists, auction schedules, documentation, and other requirements.
- Coordinate internally with the operations, auction, and sales teams to ensure timely processing of bank-sourced vehicles.
- Track the performance and activity of each bank and ensure regular engagement.
- Resolve operational issues with banking partners and ensure smooth execution.
- Expand the bank network and identify opportunities to onboard additional financial institutions.
- Maintain accurate records of bank contacts, onboarding status, vehicle supply, and ongoing activities.
