Job Title: Structural Engineer (Scaffolding Experience)

Location: Roshan Nagar, Bangalore

: We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with hands-on experience in scaffolding design and analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing secure, efficient, and cost-effective structural and temporary works systems, with a strong focus on scaffolding structures.

- Design and analyze structural systems including beams, columns, slabs, and load-bearing elements.
- Prepare detailed scaffolding designs (supported, suspended, cantilever, and special scaffolds) as per project requirements.
- Perform structural calculations for scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures ensuring safety and stability.
- Conduct site inspections to assess scaffolding installations and existing structural conditions.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Review and approve scaffolding drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards & safety regulations (IS, OSHA, etc.).
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.




- Monitor quality control and ensure best practices in fabrication and erection of scaffolding systems.
- Stay updated with advancements in scaffolding technology and structural engineering practices.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 25+ years of experience in structural design with specific exposure to scaffolding/temporary works.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, etc.).
- Experience in scaffolding design standards and load calculations.
- Good understanding of safety practices and construction methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in industrial, commercial, or high-rise projects.

Familiarity with international scaffolding standards.

Certification or training in scaffolding safety/design is an added advantage.
