Position: Sales Executive – NPS Sales

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive for NPS (National Pension System) sales through webinars and video calls.

The candidate will be responsible for B2B sales, conducting virtual presentations, explaining what NPS is and why customers should consider investing in it, understanding retirement needs, handling objections, and closing the entire sales virtually.

Key Responsibilities

Handle B2B sales through virtual channels.

Conduct webinars and video calls with prospective customers.

Explain NPS, its features and retirement-planning benefits.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Handle customer queries and sales objections.

Close sales end-to-end through virtual interactions.

Achieve assigned sales targets.





Maintain customer records and follow up with prospects.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience

B2B Sales experience mandatory

BFSI / Insurance / Financial Product Sales experience preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills

Good virtual selling and objection-handling skills

Ability to explain financial products clearly

Robust sales and closing skills

Graduate

Salary

4.5 LPA – 5.75 LPA

Based on interview, experience and last drawn salary.

Shift & Week Off

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday fixed off (2 days weekly off)
