- Basic Salary: SGD 1,300 per month
- Overtime: Available, subject to company requirements and applicable regulations
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities at the shipyard site.
- Allocate tasks to workers and technicians according to project requirements.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled time.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, workers, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and company procedures.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure required standards are maintained.
- Inspect work areas and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Identify worksite issues and coordinate with the relevant team for timely solutions.
- Maintain daily work records and provide progress updates to management.
- Ensure workers follow all applicable shipyard safety procedures and company regulations.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and communicate work instructions and safety requirements where required.
- Coordinate manpower and resources to meet project targets.
- Perform other supervisory duties assigned by the company.
