Job Requirements
- Experience as a South Indian All-Rounder Cook is mandatory.
- Bulk catering or large-scale kitchen experience is preferred.
- Ability to prepare South Indian dishes in large quantities.
- Able to manage kitchen operations independently.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced catering workplace.
- Must be willing to work 12–14 hours per day.
