We are currently hiring for an urgent S Pass prospect with a reputed Main Contractor in Singapore.

Position: : Site Supervisor

Industry : Construction (Main Contractor)

Pass Type: : S Pass

Salary: : SGD 3,000 SGD 3,500+ (Based on experience)

Working Hours: : Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Monitor site progress according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and workers.
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely defect rectification.
- Maintain site safety compliance in coordination with the WSH Officer.
- Monitor manpower, materials,



equipment, and project progress.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and progress updates.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong experience in construction site management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing site progress, quality, safety, and manpower.
- Relevant Singapore construction experience is preferred.
