ABOUT THE ROLE

Tech Alphonic is looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. The role focuses on qualified lead generation, conversion growth, revenue, and measurable ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Build remarketing, retargeting, custom audience, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Run A/B tests across ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Track the complete conversion funnel and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Implement and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, SEO, Content, Graphics, and Development teams.
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
- Guide and support junior performance marketing team members.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE





- 35 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing / PPC.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Experience with remarketing, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Experience in IT Services, Website Development, SaaS, Digital Marketing Agencies, B2B Lead Generation, E-commerce, or Service-Based Businesses will be an added advantage.
