Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (B1) Implementation Engineer to handle end-to-end SAP B1 implementation, configuration, customization, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP B1 functional modules and preferably experience in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage SAP B1 implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and support.
- Analyze business processes and map requirements to SAP B1 modules.
- Configure Financials, Sales & Distribution, Purchasing, Inventory & Warehouse, Production/MRP, Quality and NPD modules.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for SDK customizations, add-ons and third-party integrations.
- Handle data migration, validation and reconciliation.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases and project documentation.
- Conduct user training and prepare training materials.




- Provide post-go-live support and system optimization.
- Ensure SAP best practices and project timelines are followed.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One (B1).
- Valuable understanding of SAP B1 functional modules.
- Experience with SAP B1 HANA or MS SQL.
- Knowledge of SAP B1 SDK, DI API and Service Layer preferred.
- Experience in SAP B1 implementation, support or rollout projects.
- Understanding of manufacturing, retail or distribution processes.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- SAP B1 on HANA
- SQL queries & troubleshooting
- Integration tools & APIs

Soft Skills: Analytical & problem-solving skills, good communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and willingness to travel when required.
